The Klášterec Viaduct is a rare technical monument located less than 2 kilometres southwest of Vimperk near the village of Klášterec. Four arches of the railway bridge arch over the Arnoštský brook, which was opened to traffic on 9 July 1900 as part of the then completed section of the Volary – Strakonice line. The viaduct can be reached by a short walk along the route of the educational circuit around Vimperk. Children will certainly be entertained by the cold and refreshing water of the Volyňka and Arnoštský brook, whose confluence is located in front of the Klášterecky viaduct. A small wooden train for children has been installed here since 2021.
