Each reservation will be confirmed by a voucher/booking confirmation stating the following conditions.
Deposit 50% when booking the dates, 14 days prior to arrival you will receive the balance.
If you book less than 7 days before arrival, it is possible to guarantee by credit card or send a payment confirmation by email. We will contact you and a deposit fa for the stay will be sent. Payment is also possible by gift certificate and benefits or FKSP, can be written in the note. Cancellation of stays is only accepted in writing.
If you are unable to come, the deposit can be kept for a later stay as agreed (max. 1x, 6 months from the date of arrival at current rates) – only valid for direct bookings. Shortened bookings do not give rise to a refund for nights not booked. The balance of the stay is payable on arrival unless otherwise paid. You can choose a non-refundable booking, which must be paid immediately by credit card, which will be charged when you book online via the payment gateway. For payments via benefits, you cannot cancel/refund a deposit already paid, you can only move the reservation and select another time, you also cannot apply further discounts and non-refundable reservations to these reservations. City fees are not payable through benefits.
