This apartment overlooks the blue clouds of the day. The walls are covered all around with plant-themed wallpaper to give the impression that you are already rising above the surface of the pond, seeing the clouds overhead and the grasses and mud growing in the wetland by the shore leaning into your field of vision from the sides. The suite is dominated by large chandeliers with many luminous spheres of delicate pearly smoky glass. You can also indulge in a feeling of pampering and luxury by taking a bath in a designer bathtub made of cast marble.

Each reservation will be confirmed by a voucher/booking confirmation stating the following conditions.
Deposit 50% when booking the dates, 14 days before arrival you will receive the balance due.
If you book less than 7 days before arrival, a guarantee by credit card is possible, or you may send payment confirmation by bank transfer via email. We will contact you and a deposit invoice for the stay will be sent.
Payment is also possible by gift certificate and benefits or FKSP — this can be noted in the comment field.
Cancellation policy valid for accommodation bookings: 30 days before arrival 50% of the stay, 0-2 days before arrival 100% of the stay.
The guest will be sent a cancellation invoice.
Cancellation of stays is only accepted in writing.
If you are unable to arrive, the deposit can be kept for a later stay by agreement (max. 1x, within 6 months of the arrival date, at current prices) – valid only for direct bookings. Shortening a booking does not entitle you to a refund for nights not stayed. The balance of the stay is payable on arrival unless paid otherwise.
You can choose a non-refundable booking, which must be paid immediately by credit card, with the amount charged when booking online via the payment gateway. This booking carries a 5% discount on accommodation and cannot be changed, moved or cancelled. However, you can insure your reservation – see HotelStorno and insurance.
For payments made via benefits, an already-paid deposit cannot be cancelled/refunded; the reservation may only be moved to another date, and further discounts and non-refundable bookings cannot be applied to these reservations. Municipal fees are not payable via benefits.

You can have your accommodation insured, and in the event of illness or another event covered by the policy you select, the insurance company will pay out the money. Information can be found below and we will prepare the policy for you; it must be taken out no later than 2 working days after the reservation is made. To do this we need the names and dates of birth of the people staying. The policy will be sent to your email and you must pay it by the deadline. Insurance claims are then handled directly with the insurance company.
