Breakfast: 8:00–10:00 (other times can be arranged in advance, please notify us of any dietary restrictions). We reserve the right to bring breakfast to the hotel room in case of a lower number of guests.

• Late check-out subject to availability, 250 CZK/person, 150 CZK/child
• The price for a direct booking includes a rich breakfast buffet
• Guests without breakfast in the price of their stay can purchase it: adult 210 CZK, child 3–11.9 years 170 CZK
• Pets are not allowed at the hotel (only at the cottages)
• The price does not include the municipal fee of 15 CZK/adult per day
• Children under 2.9 years stay free without entitlement to a bed, baby cot available for a fee of 250 CZK/stay
• Seniors over 65 do not pay the municipal fee

Each reservation will be confirmed by a voucher/booking confirmation stating the conditions.

• Deposit 50% when booking the dates, 14 days before arrival you will receive the balance due
• When booking less than 7 days before arrival, a guarantee by credit card or a payment confirmation by bank transfer is possible
• Payment is also possible by gift certificate, benefits or FKSP — please note this in the comment field
• Cancellation: 30 days before arrival 50% of the stay, 0–2 days before arrival 100% of the stay
• Cancellation is accepted only in writing, the guest will be sent a cancellation invoice
• A non-refundable booking can be paid immediately by credit card with a 5% discount — it cannot be changed or cancelled, but it can be insured (see HotelStorno and insurance)
• For payments via benefits, an already-paid deposit cannot be cancelled; the reservation can only be moved. Municipal fees are not payable via benefits

You can have your accommodation insured with the HotelStorno product from Evropská pojišťovna (European Insurance Company) — in the event of illness or another insured event, the insurance company will pay out the money.

The policy must be taken out no later than 2 working days after the reservation is made. We need the names and dates of birth of the people staying — the policy will be sent to you by email and must be paid by the deadline. Insurance claims are then handled directly with the insurance company.
